Paid ads, content and email, done properly.

Ongoing Google, Meta and email campaigns aimed at the customers you actually want to win. No jargon, plain monthly reports. Priced to your project.

What we run

Campaigns that bring the right people in.

Not boosting the odd post and hoping. A proper plan across the channels your customers actually use, measured against real enquiries and reported in plain English every month.

Google Ads

Search campaigns built around the terms that signal someone ready to buy. Tight targeting, negative keywords, landing pages that match the ad, so budget is not leaking on the wrong clicks.

Meta ads

Facebook and Instagram audiences built from your best customers, creative that looks like your business, and retargeting so people who nearly enquired see you again.

Email marketing

Newsletters and follow-up sequences that keep you in front of past customers and quiet leads. Written in your voice, sent on a schedule.

Content that earns the click

Offers, service pages and posts aimed at real search intent, so the campaigns have somewhere worth sending people.

Tracking and attribution

Conversion tracking set up properly so you can see which channel and campaign actually produced the enquiry. The data decides where the next pound goes.

Plain monthly reporting

One page a month: what we spent, what it produced, what we changed, what is next. Not a 40-page dashboard you will never open.

Before you enquire

The awkward questions, answered.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, and no packages or tiers. Every job is quoted against the brief, because a five-page site for a sole trader and a booking system for a salon chain are not the same job. Tell us what you need and you get a figure, usually within a day. Any fixed price you see quoted for us elsewhere is out of date or invented.

Am I tied into anything?

No monthly retainer and no rolling contract. There is no minimum commitment beyond the work itself. Paid work is delivered under a written agreement sent to you before anything starts, and nothing on this website is a binding quote.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within a day. That is what happens in practice, not a service level agreement: there is no guaranteed response window and we do not pretend otherwise.

Are you a certified partner agency?

No. We are not a Google Partner, a Meta Business Partner, or any similar badge holder. If a certification badge is on your checklist, we are not the right fit and a larger agency will suit you better.

Will you run my ad budget every month?

No. Campaign work is scoped to a written brief: building, copy and reporting on Google Ads, Meta Ads and email. We do not act as an outsourced media buyer running monthly ad spend on a retainer. If that is what you need, you want a media agency, not us.

Who this suits

Everyday businesses across Kent and beyond: trades, professional services, hospitality and retail. Usually owner-run, usually without anyone in-house looking after the website.

Who it does not

  • You want to pick a package off a price list without a conversation about the work.
  • You need a contractual response time or an uptime SLA in writing.
  • You want an agency with vendor certifications and a named account manager.
  • You want someone to run your ad spend month to month.

FAQ

Questions about digital marketing

It depends completely on your industry and target audience. For local trades, Facebook and Instagram are often the most effective for showcasing visual projects and community trust. For B2B services, structured LinkedIn company pages and Google Business Profiles are critical for professional networking and search visibility.
