Automations, CRMs and the boring admin, handled.

CRM setup, job tracking, follow-ups, repeat invoicing, AI-assisted workflows. The repeat work that eats your Sundays, off your plate. Priced to your project once we know what you actually run.

What gets handled

The repeat work, automated. The exceptions, escalated.

Every business has a handful of small jobs that have to happen every day, every week or every month. Automation does them in the background. You only get involved when something needs a real decision.

CRM setup

One place for customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and history. No more spreadsheets, sticky notes, three notebooks and your wife’s phone. We pick the right CRM for your size, whether that is HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable or Servoro, and set it up properly.

Lead-to-customer flow

New enquiry → logged contact → qualified → quoted → won → onboarded. All tracked in one timeline. You see where every potential customer is and what needs doing next.

Follow-up sequences

Quotes that stayed quiet get a polite nudge after two days, a check-in after a week, a final message after two. Customers get a follow-up after the job, a request for repeat work, a seasonal reminder if it fits.

Invoicing and chasing

Invoices generated automatically when a job marks complete. Sent to the customer, reminders fire on the schedule you choose (gentle at first, firmer after 30 days). Payments reconcile back to the CRM.

Appointment reminders

Customers get a confirmation when booked, a reminder the day before, a "we’re on our way" message if you want. No-shows drop sharply when the customer has had three touches.

Review requests

After every job, a polite ask for a Google review fires automatically. Reviews drive both local SEO and customer confidence. Most businesses just forget to ask.

AI-assisted workflows

Drafting quotes from a customer brief, summarising long emails, sorting incoming enquiries by urgency, generating job descriptions for staff. AI as an assistant, not a replacement.

Data sync between your tools

Your booking system, accounting software, email marketing, CRM and website forms all talking to each other. No double-entry. No information stranded on one platform.

How it works

Map your business, build the system around it.

  1. 01

    Audit what eats your time

We sit down with you (and your team if you have one) and find out what actually repeats every week. Where the bottlenecks are. What you procrastinate on. What gets dropped.

  2. 02

    Design the workflows

A plain document showing each automation: what triggers it, what it does, who gets notified, what the customer sees. You sign it off before we build anything.

  3. 03

    Build and connect

We connect your existing tools, including email, CRM, calendar, accounting, booking and website forms, and build the automations on top. Tested with real data before going live.

  4. 04

    Watch and refine

After a month we review what is working, what could be better, what is being skipped. We tune the rules and add anything missing.

Before you enquire

The awkward questions, answered.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, and no packages or tiers. Every job is quoted against the brief, because a five-page site for a sole trader and a booking system for a salon chain are not the same job. Tell us what you need and you get a figure, usually within a day. Any fixed price you see quoted for us elsewhere is out of date or invented.

Am I tied into anything?

No monthly retainer and no rolling contract. There is no minimum commitment beyond the work itself. Paid work is delivered under a written agreement sent to you before anything starts, and nothing on this website is a binding quote.

How fast do you reply?

Usually within a day. That is what happens in practice, not a service level agreement: there is no guaranteed response window and we do not pretend otherwise.

Are you a certified partner agency?

No. We are not a Google Partner, a Meta Business Partner, or any similar badge holder. If a certification badge is on your checklist, we are not the right fit and a larger agency will suit you better.

Who this suits

Everyday businesses across Kent and beyond: trades, professional services, hospitality and retail. Usually owner-run, usually without anyone in-house looking after the website.

Who it does not

  • You want to pick a package off a price list without a conversation about the work.
  • You need a contractual response time or an uptime SLA in writing.
  • You want an agency with vendor certifications and a named account manager.
  • You want someone to run your ad spend month to month.

FAQ

Questions about automations

We focus on automating administrative chokepoints. This includes routing incoming enquiries instantly to the right team member, sending automated follow-up emails, logging leads straight into a CRM, requesting reviews after a job is complete, and syncing contact forms with booking calendars.
