GEM Services needed a brand and an online presence built from the ground up: clear, trustworthy and ready to grow.
What I did
In 2023 I created their brand identity, including the logo and visual system, and built their first website from scratch with structured service pages and local SEO foundations. I kept working on the site and its local SEO through 2024 and 2025.
In early 2026 I rebuilt the website. The site you see today is that rebuild.
Also in 2026, I built a custom CRM for their pest control work. It handles bookings and scheduling, recurring contract visits, agreements signed on site, and service records with photos and signatures, with PDF reports emailed straight to customers. It works offline in the field and syncs when it is back in signal.
